Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  2. The original package contents, including the Wooliva Bottle, Strap, Pouch, Charger, and any additional items provided, must be returned in full.
  3. Item(s) must be initiated for return and shipped back within 30 days of delivery/receipt.
  4. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Important: Original shipping costs (such as express or international shipping and import taxes) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Photographic Proof Requirement

To ensure items meet return conditions, we require clear photos of your order before it is sent back. Please send these photos to our support team at hello@wooliva.store. The photos will allow us to assess the item’s condition and eligibility for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@wooliva.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (including verifying photographic proof and assessing item condition), we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Restocking Fee


A USD 20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
